2. What about the pricing?
Within our scheduled flights, you only pay for your seat. You can book these tickets on our website, at travel agencies and also via phone, by calling our operations team.
For all other island destinations, we offer special flights. This means that you charter the whole aircraft (three seats available) including our pilot. You set the departure time, when ever you want. The price depends on the distance of the island . It is cheaper to take off at the airport Uetersen in the north west of Hamburg, than taking off at the international Hamburg airport.
Uetersen is a little outside of Hamburg, but we offer you free parking lots, the check -in is 15 minutes before take off. Compared to the Hamburg airport, Uetersen offers a price advantage, because of the less passenger service charge.

b) Economy+: flexible, changeble, refundable and the change of name is possible until 48 hours before departure for a service charge of 30 €.
c) Last Minute: Vacant seats are activated 47 hours before departure. Availability is very restricted.
Early bird discount: Booking within one month before departure.

The aircraft, including one pilot, can stay on the island up to three nights for 250€/ per night.
At return flights, that takes up more than three over nights, we have to charge twice the price, because of picking up and retracting the aircraft to Hamburg.
3.Flight conditions
Because of the small baggage space, the free luggage averages are 10kg per person. The entrainment of excess and bulky luggage (buggy, Golf bag, walking frame, etc.) is only possible with an arrangement. If we have a full use of capacity, passengers are not allowed to bring more than 10 kg of luggage. We offer you the alternative to send your luggage by post for just 20€.
Babies do not have a requirement for a seat and travel on the lap of their parents.

There are enough free parking lots available. Please be at the airport at least 20 minutes before take off.
Instead of arriving on your own, you could also use our shuttle service.
The charge of the shuttle service, from the airport Hamburg to the airport Uetersen and the other way around, is 50 € (per trip). If you are arriving from the train station Wedel going to Uetersen, the charge will be 20 € (per trip). Here you will find the arrival plan.

If you are flying from Fuhlsbuettel, please be at the general aviation centre (GAT) at least 20 minutes before take off. Please keep in mind that there are chargeable parking lots at the airport. Here you will find the arrival plan.
