Salty North Sea air, far dune landscapes in the east of the island and a 14 km long beach invite to dream. Located between the tideland and sea, Langeoog is one of the probably most beautiful East Frisian islands of this time. Nearly 20 square kilometers large and with 2.000 inhabitants, the North Sea Island Langeoog is a state approved North Sea therapeutic bath since 1949.

The isle can only be explored by foot, bicycle or horse carriages. The airport is located in the western part of the island and is very close to the inner city. You can use the island train going from the centre to the small port.
