Up in the Air
Known from the soap "emergency room" and now nominated for an Oscar, George Clooney has been a special guest on board of AIR HAMBURG.
Coming from the very cold North of Sweden, the beau was very pleased by the warmer temperatures in Duesseldorf. Our captain Alexander Lipsky and our first officer Uwe Schomber welcomed him on board of our brand new business jet of the type Citation XLS+ on Tuesday, 4th of February 2010.
Not just as the flight bigot Ryan Bingham in his new movie "up in the air", the good kissing actor is also interested in flying in his private life. So the 48 year old actor took the advantage of this situation and attended the landing in the cockpit. Arriving in Samedan at -5 degrees and the nicest weather, George Clooney was excited to enjoy some relaxing days in his chalet in St. Moritz.

A huge hype concerning the new HSV player Ruud van Nistelrooy
Coming from Madrid, Ruud van Nistelrooy landed in a business jet in Hamburg on the 25th January at 1:20 p.m. Trying to get the best snapshots of the new HSV player, our café HIMMELSSCHREIBER was overcrowded with press representatives. After calling “Ruud, Ruud, Ruud”, the soccer player reacted with a smile so that the press could take the best pictures of him ever.Hamburg Leuchtfeuer – unser gemeinnütziger Benefiz-Partner
